Dumb BunnyIn this book, Junie B. Jones is invited to a friends house for an Easter lunch and egg hunt. When she arrives at her friends house, she is amazed at how big the house is and how pretty the lawn has been tended to. While eating lunch she finds out that there is going to be a big surprise when everyone is done eating. Little does Junie know that the surprise is an Easter bunny costume that one of the kids has to wear for the pictures that will be taken. Junie is picked to wear the costume and absolutely hates it. In fact she complains non stop! Once it's time to take picture she is sulking the entire time. After one of the parents tries to convince her that it's the neatest thing at the party she loosens up a bit, and decides it's OK to wear it and participates in the egg hunt. At the end of the story Junie is happy that she got to wear the Easter bunny costume because she really had a lot of fun.

Smells Something FishyIn this book, Junie B. Jones gets to bring a pet into class for show and tell, the only problem is you can only bring in a small animal in a cage. If you have a dog or cat then you can only bring in a picture of them. This upset Junie because she has a dog and really wanted to bring him in and thought that it was no fun if you could only bring in a picture. With the help of her grandma she is find a pet worm and creates a nice home for him in a jar, complete with twigs, grass, dirt and a friend for the worm ( a dead fly). Junie ends up naming her worm Noodle, because a noodle and a worm look the same. After Junie puts a cheese ball into the jar for Noodle to eat, she put him next to her bed and goes to sleep. The next morning, she notices the cheese ball gone and a ton of ants in the jar. She quickly realizes that Noodle is dead and is in a panic because today is the day to bring your pet to class. Junie ends up taking a frozen fish stick to class because she thought it was a pet! All of the children got a good laugh out of it and Junie was as happy as could be.

Monster Under Her Bed In this book, Junie B. Jones is told of various stories from her classmates about monsters under the bed. She tries her hardest to ignore what the other kids tell her, but she just can't shake the thought of something living under her bed. When she gets home from school she bugs her parents and grandmother to get rid of the monster under her bed. When her parents try and suck the monster into the vacuum she isn't convinced it's gone. The next day at school the kids tell her that the only way to get rid of the monster is to have it run over outside. This sends Junie on a quest to have someone in her household run the monster over. Her grandmother is finally able to run the monster over while it's still in the vacuum bag and Junie B. Jones is finally able to go to sleep.
